Role Description The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time remote role responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to business leaders and teams. This position will collaborate with cross functional teams to align people strategies with business goals, advise on processes, policies, and HCM business workstreams in Workday.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience designing and implementing scalable HR frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to interpret regulations and ensure compliant HR practices.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage priorities independently, and collaborate across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
